Are more sizes or colors available?
For orders under 500 pairs, the only colors available for the sole are black, white, red, navy, and gray. For orders exceeding 500 pairs, you may select any color of sole for your slides. Any color tops are available for any size of order. We are only able to produce the sizes available in our sizing chart.
What if I don't receive my order?
Please refer to our shipping and return policy for details. We do our best to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Can I cancel an order?
Orders can be cancelled up until the slides are produced. Any time after they are produced and ship, contact us with any issues.
What are your slides made out of?

Can I customize individually with names and numbers?
Due to the way our slides are made from scratch and how we 3D deboss our logos, each pair must have the same design. However, these vinyl numbers and letters by Chartpak (available in white and black) stick to our slides very well and hold up over time:
