Since your product is one-of-a-kind, it cannot be restocked, repurposed, or recycled. For this reason we are unable to accept returns. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, contact us immediately and we will do our best to provide an experience you can take pride in.

You must provide us with the exact address and instructions for your delivery to ensure that you receive your package. Your order undergoes a final inspection before it is securely packaged and delivered from our production facility. Once it is available, you will receive a tracking number by email with which you can locate your package and receive it when it arrives. Larger orders may be sent as multiple packages with multiple tracking numbers.
